Shipping and Handling
Please note that all orders must ship complete. If an item is on back order, the entire order will be held, including overnight and second day air shipments. Once all items are in stock and available, please allow 48 hours – or 2 business days – for us to process any Ground or Second Air shipments before shipping. All orders are shipped Ground unless you choose to upgrade your shipping to second day or overnight delivery. Standard delivery times for Ground vary from 5 to 7 business days, depending on where you are located in relationship to our warehouse. If overnight shipping is selected prior to 12 noon ET, the order will be shipped same day. Orders placed on Fridays for overnight shipping will not be received until the next business day. Express orders placed over the weekend will go out on the first business day. NOTE: We do not ship to any PO or APO addresses.

International Shipment
We cannot accommodate shipments to Canada and other international destinations at this time.

Back Orders
We certainly hope to avoid back orders of our products. Should you order an item that is placed on back order, however, we will notify you immediately. Please note that all JP Willway LLC orders ship complete. If an item is on back order, the entire order will be held, including next day and second day shipments. Once all items are in stock and available, please allow 48 hours, or 2 business days, for us to process your shipment.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Our order form automatically calculates the shipping charges for you based on the selections you choose. Shipping and handling charges are based on a flat fee, which is calculated on the total amount of your purchase before taxes.

Sales Tax
State and local sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within NY State. Those taxes will be calculated during order processing and your total order amount will appear only in the order confirmation that will be e-mailed to you. NY state sales tax is 7%.

For security and public safety, no food items are refundable and returnable.
